These parties are before us a second time. All we have left from a lawsuit filed against attorney Dominik by Automatic Liquid Packaging (ALP), represented by attorneys Fox and Barrett, is an appeal and cross-appeal contesting sanctions. Fox and Barrett appeal the district court's imposition of $1,000 Rule 11 sanctions for filing an amended complaint that contained two frivolous counts.
