BOWEN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, parents of decedent and administrator of decedent's estate, bring this action in admiralty to recover damages resulting from decedent's death. On August 22, 1987, decedent, Steven H. Seymour, Jr., dove off his parent's house boat and was swimming in Strom Thurmond Lake near a dock operated by the Tradewinds Marina & Yacht Club, Inc. (Marina) when he sustained an electrical shock which led to his drowning and death...
