NEWMAN, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals a summary judgment for defendant in this action for malicious prosecution. The court held that plaintiff did not present enough evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact as to "special injury" and that defendant was entitled to judgment as a matter of law. ORCP 47 C. We affirm.
