This is an appeal by a disappointed applicant for child's social security survivor benefits. The child, Tarelle M. Williams, is the illegitimate son of Betty Bennemon, who claims that the father is George Williams, a deceased wage earner covered by social security, and that, as his child, Tarelle is entitled to the benefits that Bennemon is seeking on Tarelle's behalf. In days of yore, the claim would have been laughable from a legal standpoint...
