WARNER, Judge.

The defendant appeals his conviction for first degree murder and his life sentence. Because of errors in the admission of collateral crime evidence and hearsay evidence, we reverse and remand for a new trial.

The state's case against the appellant was that the victim, Clinton Gibbs, was executed as a result of a drug deal gone sour. Appellant was portrayed as a drug boss, and Clinton Gibbs was one of his underlings. According to the state's...
