This is an action for worker's compensation benefits filed by plaintiff, Steven R. Lay, against his employer, Non-Mag, Inc. (Corporation), and its worker's compensation insurer, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (USF & G), as the result of an accident that occurred on July 31, 1986, when an automobile being driven by Keith P. Romero executed a left turn directly in front of plaintiff's motorcycle...
