Defendant-appellant Kaleel M. Ellis d/b/a Honey Creek Motors (Dealer) brings this interlocutory appeal from denial of its motion for summary judgment. On June 10, 1988 Dealer sold a vehicle to Bobby Joe Lawrence. Approximately six hours later, Lawrence was involved in an automobile accident while driving the vehicle.
