Employer seeks review of the Workers' Compensation Board's order on remand. In the earlier review, we remanded, because the referee's order, which the Board adopted, was inadequate for review. Kim v. Mt. Hood Community College, 95 Or.App. 406, 769 P.2d 239 (1989). We affirm.
