CIACCIO, Judge.

Defendant, Jimmie Johnson, was tried by a twelve member jury and found guilty of second degree murder, a violation of LSR.S. 14:30.1. The trial court sentenced him to life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. Defendant appeals his conviction. We affirm.
