This is a suit by the plaintiffs, Gary W. Salard and Barbara Ann Salard, to rescind a contract for the construction of a residence. The plaintiffs also seek out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of the construction of the residence and tort damages for the intentional infliction of emotional distress through the malicious acts of the defendant's employees.
