Florida East Coast Railway Co. and Eddie Davis appeal a judgment entered on a verdict for the wrongful death of a thirteen-year-old child. Sharon Seymoure, one of several children attempting to cross the Florida East Coast tracks, tripped on the tracks and was struck by a freight train.
