Eugenio Alvarado, Oscar Abelenda and Roniel Marcos Medina were convicted of conspiring to possess cocaine as well as the substantive offense of possession of cocaine. Each challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the convictions. Additionally, Medina challenges the district court's denial of a motion for new trial.
