Defendant Arab Termite and Pest Control of Danville, Inc. (Arab), appeals an order entered January 26, 1990, in the circuit court of Edgar County, denying its request that plaintiffs Carolyn M. Haskell and Duane L. Haskell be required to pay its attorney fees pursuant to section 10a(c) of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (Act).
