GRIFFIN, Judge.
This is the appeal of a summary final judgment rendered in favor of the appellees. As stated in appellees' motion for summary judgment and on appeal, the sole issue in dispute between the parties was a single question of law: the operation and effect of section 253.82, Florida Statutes (1985).
In 1946, the State of Florida conveyed to appellees' predecessor in title certain real property the state had acquired pursuant to the Murphy Act.
