This controversy arose out of a transaction involving the sale and delivery of a trailer. In June 1985, while on personal business, appellee Jack Ogden learned that appellant Farmers, Inc. (Farmers) was interested in purchasing a gooseneck trailer. As a result, Ogden referred Farmers to Valley Farm Parts (VFP), an equipment dealer in Wilcox, Arizona.
