Faye Spengler appeals a summary final judgment for State Farm Fire and Casualty Company. The trial court ruled as a matter of law that the State Farm homeowner's insurance policy issued to Andreu Harvey, which included an intentional harm exclusion, did not cover injuries caused to Spengler when Harvey mistakenly shot her.
