MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ZATKOFF, District Judge.

Appellants, Eric J. McCann and Eric J. McCann, P.C., appeal the Bankruptcy Court's imposition of sanctions against them pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11 (Rule 11). For the reasons that follow, this Court will affirm.

I. BACKGROUND
