Appellant, Gary Alan Walker, was found guilty of Murder in the First Degree (Count I) in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1982 § 701.7, and Kidnapping (Count II) in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 745, after Former Conviction of a Felony, in Rogers County District Court, Case No. CRF-84-108.
