Plaintiffs, formerly members of the Republic-Franklin Incorporated Pension Plan (the Plan), sued the Plan and its administrators, William C. Cook, William W. Matchneer, and John F. Heller, Jr. (collectively, the Plan Administrators), to recover their proportionate shares of certain residual assets in the Plan. The district court dismissed the complaint for lack of standing, finding that the plaintiffs were no longer "participants" or "beneficiaries...
