Fireman's Fund Insurance Company (Fireman's Fund) appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of Aetna Casualty & Surety Company (Aetna). Fireman's Fund and Aetna had insured Nielsen Construction Company (Nielsen) under liability policies issued during successive policy periods.
