Plaintiff Urban Bracken appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendants, George E. Block and Harris Trust & Savings Bank, co-executors of the estate of Alice Leahy. Plaintiff filed this suit to recover one-half the proceeds from the sale of the home where Alice Leahy resided during her lifetime.
