Mr. Arling was convicted of dealing in stolen property. He appeals his restitution order which set restitution in the total amount of $1,065. Specifically, he challenges the award of $250 to reimburse the victim for attorneys' fees incurred by the victim in an interpleader action. The interpleader action resolved competing rights in the stolen property. We affirm the award because the attorneys' fees constitute a loss caused indirectly by Mr. Arling...
