Petitioners ask this court to exercise its authority under D.C.Code § 1-1315(b) (1987) to set aside the results of the election of the Ward 4 Member of the Board of Education, as certified by the District of Columbia Board of Elections and Ethics (Board of Elections), and to declare the "true results" of the election.
