William Lewis, Jr. was convicted of trafficking in cocaine in violation of Ala. Code 1975, § 20-2-80, and of felony possession of marijuana in violation of § 20-2-70. He was given consecutive sentences of 10 and 3 years' imprisonment and was fined a total of $55,000.
