Homestead Nursing and Convalescent Home (Petitioner) appeals from an order of the Secretary of the Department of Public Welfare (Secretary) which vacated an order of the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) and reinstated certain adjustments made by Department of Public Welfare auditors (DPW) in certifying Petitioner's allowable costs for Medical Assistance (MA)1
