Nettles, Dairyland Insurance Company (Dairyland), Casualty Reciprocal Insurance Company, Baton Rouge Recreation and Park Commission (BREC), and the City-Parish of East Baton Rouge (City-Parish) for the injuries sustained by Deidra Coates in a vehicle pedestrian accident.
