This action comes before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment and other related motions.1 For the reasons set forth in the opinion below, this Court finds that plaintiffs have met and adequately shown compliance with the five elements for a prima facie case of copyright infringement and, therefore, grants plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment.
