Stacy and Sherrie Apple were each convicted on multiple felony narcotics counts, Sherrie after a jury trial and Stacy upon his guilty plea.1 Both appellants had filed various pre-trial motions relating to allegedly illegal electronic surveillance; the district court denied all the motions.
