Appellant United States appeals the sentence of appellee James Edgar Fleener ("Fleener") claiming that the district court incorrectly applied the Federal Sentencing Guidelines1 ("the Guidelines") in reducing Fleener's offense level for acceptance of responsibility. We affirm.
