On December 18, 1989, this court issued an opinion granting in part the summary judgment motion of respondent Michael O'Leary ("O'Leary"), the warden at the Stateville Correctional Center, and thereby rejecting most of the arguments advanced by petitioner Clarence Walker ("Walker") in support of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
