HOUSTON, Justice.

David Eugene Worley appeals from a decision of the Disciplinary Board of the Alabama State Bar ("the Board") denying him reinstatement to the practice of law. We affirm.

In January 1981, the Board found Worley guilty of disciplinary charges brought against him and entered an order disbarring Worley from the practice of law in the State of Alabama for an indefinite period. Worley appealed and this Court affirmed. See, Worley v. Disciplinary...
