The Northern Trust Company ("Northern Trust") appeals from a January 11, 1990 order of the Honorable Burton R. Lifland, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York, enjoining Northern Trust from taking any further action in its suit against Robert Byerley ("Byerley") and Steven Hall ("Hall"). Byerley and Hall are Vice-President-Finance, Treasurer and Assistant Vice-President, respectively...
