Appellant Anthony Chotas was indicted on one count of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 846 and one count of aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2.
