Defendant Olin Corporation ("Olin") appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, entered pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b) after a bifurcated bench trial before T.F. Gilroy Daly, Judge, awarding Robert W. Heidgerd, one of more than 170 plaintiffs in this case, $9,350.88, plus interest, in severance benefits and an increase in his pension benefits.
