This is a pro se appeal from a revocation of probation. In 1986, the appellant, Thomas E. Longmire, pleaded guilty and was convicted of receiving stolen property. He was given a split sentence, with three years' imprisonment and 12 years' probation. In March 1990, he was arrested for possession of marijuana and illegal possession of a firearm.
