In this appeal, we decide that a condemnee who appeals from an award of the county condemnation commission to the circuit court under sec. 32.06(10), Stats., may dismiss his appeal without order of the circuit court. We therefore reverse the circuit court's order voiding the condemnee's notice of dismissal of his appeal.
