The defendant, Kascell Jennings, was convicted of four counts of unlawful possession of weapons by a felon and one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance by a jury in the circuit court of Madison County. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of ten years' imprisonment on each of the weapons charges, and a concurrent six-year term of imprisonment for possession of a controlled substance.
