Appellants Oregon State Scholarship Commission, Hemar Insurance Corporation of America, and Higher Education Assistance Foundation (objecting creditors) appeal the bankruptcy court's order confirming debtor Laurie Ann Selden's (debtor) chapter 13 plan.
