MURRAY, Justice.

The defendant, Monserrate Ramos, appeals from a Superior Court judgment of conviction of assault with intent to murder. The defendant advances three arguments on appeal. He claims that his pretrial motion to suppress the identification of the defendant by John Washington, a witness, was improperly denied.
