Through this habeas corpus proceeding, Derick Lynn Peterson collaterally attacks a Virginia state court judgment convicting him of capital murder and sentencing him to death. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissed his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.
