These three cases are consolidated before the court on the appeals of Anthony A. Nunes, Inc. (Nunes), a general contractor, and B. & S. Roofing Co., Inc. (B & S), a roofing subcontractor hired by Nunes. Nunes was found liable for the installation of defective roofs to various corporations, and B & S was found liable to Nunes.
