PER CURIAM:

Appellant Reginald B. White argues on this appeal that the trial court abused its discretion in failing to conduct a hearing on his motion to seal his arrest record. We agree, reverse, and remand for further proceedings.

A police report submitted by the government in opposition to White's motion contained a statement of the facts surrounding his arrest. It indicated that while patrolling an area of Ft. Totten Park, officers of the United States...
