Maria Jeanne Tremblay, Guardian for Lyne Tremblay, who was plaintiff below, appeals an adverse summary judgment. We affirm.

Appellee South Florida Water Management District, defendant below, maintains the Snake Creek Canal as part of the district's water management system.
