Justice RARICK delivered the opinion of the court:

Amber R. Gable appeals from that portion of the judgment of dissolution of marriage to James J. Gable as entered by the circuit court of Fayette County pertaining to the division of marital property and the award of maintenance and attorney fees. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand this cause for further proceedings.
