Plaintiffs, Larry Kenneth Ashworth ("Mr. Ashworth") and Dena Willis Ashworth ("Mrs. Ashworth"), have filed suit against State Farm Fire and Casualty Company ("State Farm") seeking to recover under their homeowner's policy for the loss of their home and its contents by fire. State Farm has asserted the affirmative defense of arson and has filed a counter-claim seeking to recover payment...
