Defendant-appellant, William Richardson, pled guilty to conspiracy to pass counterfeit obligations with an intent to defraud the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. The district court sentenced Richardson under the sentencing guidelines1 to thirteen months imprisonment minus credit given him for 155 days he spent in federal custody pending the outcome of the charge...
