Appellant, Rebecca Donise Bowers, was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury for receiving stolen property in the second degree. Appellant waived arraignment and entered a plea of guilty to the offense charged in the indictment. After a sentence hearing, the trial court issued a three-year suspended sentence to appellant, with the condition, among others, that appellant serve the first Monday and Tuesday...
