In this automobile accident case, the appellant (defendant below) appeals from a final judgment which awarded damages assessed by the jury in the sum of $3,700 and costs in the sum of $1,046.90, and from an order entered on the same date denying appellant's motion to tax costs and attorney's fees pursuant to Rule 1.442, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and Section 768.79, Florida Statutes (1987).
