Appellant, Christopher T. Glumb, appeals an order of the district court adopting a magistrate's report recommending the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Glumb was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for the offense of counterfeiting on March 13, 1972, and later paroled.
