McMILLAN, Judge.

The appellant was convicted of two counts of enticing a child for immoral purposes, in violation of § 13A-6-69, Code of Alabama (1975), and for sodomy in the second degree, in violation of § 13A-6-64, Code of Alabama (1975). He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment on each enticement charge and to ten years' imprisonment on the sodomy charge, and was fined $5,000.
